Software audit and modernization
We review architecture, available code, dependencies and workflows. Bottlenecks and maintenance risks are prioritised, separating urgent fixes from development. Findings include an actionable change plan.
We assess existing systems, plan changes and organize a controlled transition to an improved solution.

Assessment. Establish the baseline and success criteria.
Test. Rehearse changes in a test environment.
Cutover. Launch with a backup and rollback plan.
Monitoring. Check data, workflows and user reports.
Before work starts, we review architecture, documentation, data and constraints. The plan and acceptance checks are agreed with the customer.

We map old and new data structures, correct agreed issues and run a trial migration. Record counts and control values are reconciled. Recovery depends on the actual condition of available backups and data.
We test normal and failure paths, user permissions and critical operations. Defects include reproduction steps and are retested after fixes. Load and specialist testing are separately scoped.
We prepare environments, configuration, credentials and update procedures. Backups, post-launch checks and rollback are planned. Cutover timing and acceptable interruption are agreed with stakeholders.
After launch, feedback and defects are prioritised by impact. Improvements are tracked and new features estimated and scheduled. Support hours, procedures and response times are agreed separately.
A company moves a working system to a new server. A copy is deployed and login, key operations and data tested. After rehearsal, a cutover window and backup are arranged. The old environment is retained for an agreed rollback period.
